How do you set up a Webhook URL in Bland?

This section explains the process of setting up a webhook URL in Retell. Follow step-by-step instructions to configure your webhook to seamlessly receive event notifications and data payloads

 Configure Agent level Webhook URL:

• Login to Bland Account
• Navigate to Phone Numbers (Agent) Menu & Click on appropriate agent
• Tap on Configure Settings
• Scroll bottom to Post Call > Paste URL
• Save Changes

Note:

Ensure the Webhook URLs are configured for each workspace in the Bland platform.
