Steps to Import Contacts
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for importing contacts into your account using a CSV file. This ensures seamless integration of customer data for efficient management and communication.
Before Importing
- Ensure your CSV file is properly filled with Name and Phone Number fields.
- Phone Number format must have a country code and + sign without spaces or dashes. (e.g. +14158516395)
- Maximum allowed file size: 16MB.
Step 1: Upload the CSV File
- Navigate to the Contacts section and Click Import/Export
- Click Choose a CSV File and upload your data.
- Select your List (or) Create a new list
- Select your Tag (or) Create a new tag

Step 2: Map Fields
- Match the columns in your CSV file with the corresponding Voicemetrics fields (e.g., Name, Phone Number).
- Review and confirm the mapping to ensure accuracy.

Step 3: Complete the Import
- Click Import to finalize the process.
- A confirmation message will appear once the import is complete.
