How do you set up a Webhook URL in Retell?

This section explains the process of setting up a webhook URL in Retell. Follow step-by-step instructions to configure your webhook to seamlessly receive event notifications and data payloads.

1. Configure Global Webhook URL: 

• Copy the Agency login Server URL and paste it into the Server URL field in Retell.
• Navigate to: Retell → Webook → Paste Server URL.
• It will be autosaved

2. Configure Agent level Webhook URL:

• Go to Retell Account
• Navigate to Agents Menu & Click on appropriate agent
• Tap on Webhook Settings > Agent Level Webhook URL > Paste URL

Note:

Ensure the Webhook URLs are configured for each workspace in the Retell platform.
