What is the process to delete a sub-account?
This guide explains the steps to delete a sub-account in your Voicemetrics account.
Steps to Delete a Sub-Account
- Navigate to the Voicemetrics Agency Panel.
- Open the Sub Accounts menu.
- Select and open the sub-account you want to delete.
- Go to the General Menu and click Delete Sub Account.
Important Notes
- Once deleted, sub-account users will lose access and can no longer log in.
- This action is irreversible.
